1. Vehicles parked at The Square at 511 Apartments must follow Alexandria City and Virginia State regulations. All vehicles must be in operable condition. 2. All vehicles must have current license tags and valid emission inspection stickers. 3. Vehicles parked with expired tags, without tags, or expired stickers shall be subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s sole risk expense. 4. Parking decals are not transferable. Should you vacate your apartment or sell your vehicle, you must return your parking permit to the office. A $100 charge will be applied to your account if you fail to return your permit. 5. Visitor parking is available on site. Please visit the leasing office to request visitor parking or you can request from the Resident Portal. Please make sure that you receive confirmation that your visitor parking has been registered. All visitors’ parking is valid for (3) days. Leasing office requires make, model, and license plate numbers for each visitor’s vehicle. Visitor parking is located at the front of the parking lot near the exit gate marked, “VISITOR”. 6. Only one (1) decal per leaseholder will be issued. Only leaseholders may obtain parking permits. If any leaseholder has additional vehicles, there will be a $75 charge monthly for the second vehicle. Two (2) vehicles maximum allowed per household. 7. Vehicles are not to parked in unauthorized areas, including but not limited to fire lanes, yellow curb areas, dumpsters, loading dock, motorcycle are any other designated as “NO PARKING”. A1 Towing, Alexandria City Police and Fire Department will tow any vehicles parked in the fire lanes. 8. Commercial vehicles cannot be registered with the property, unless it is the only vehicle registered to the lease holder and the resident’s only means of transportation. Only one (1) commercial vehicle will be registered per apartment. 9. The storage of vehicles in our resident parking lot, even if properly tagged and licensed, is prohibited. Violators
